The conference takes place at Pustervik daytime Saturday and will address contemporary and current issues within today's music landscape. Like previous years, the guests are hand picked up from the global music industry and then mixed up with those active in Gothenburg and the rest of Sweden. In the end we’ll have eight hours of inspiration, meetings, interviews, panels and networking on the agenda.

Phil Taggart is one of the youngest faces tearing up the night time on BBC Radio 1. His show has cult status amongst listeners and he also fronts the Specialist Chart, a 60 minute digest of all Radio 1 after hours has to offer. Besides that, Phil presents new music on Vevo, from DSCVR to 'Lift' to 'Ones to Watch' and also produces his own show DSCVR New Videos. Along with this Phil runs a show on Channel 4, he runs a Record Label - Hometown Records as well as a hugely successful and usually sold out monthly club night in London called Slacker. And oh, he also wrote a book about the music industry called a Slacker guide to the music industry.

Multi-tasker and DJ Elin Strömberg is currently found at Sveriges Radio P3 on Wednesdays where she plays the latest in new pop and indie, but on the resume you also find editor at the music magazine Popmani and founder of the acclaimed Stockholm club Common People. Carlo started the independent label Kollektivet Records in 2014, with a group of friends living together and also being in four different bands. 2015 that grew into a basement called Plan B, an independent music venue for members only, which during four years turned into a popular and safe space with loads of live music set up in a sustainable way. Just when Plan B seemed to have created a club that would just continue, the city of Malmö forced Carlo to close it all down and apply for permits. Permits that never arrived. Ultimately Plan B decided to find a partner and reopen following all regulations. The ironic part is that Plan B went from shutting down to expanding and now running a venue with three stages and a 1000 capacity.

Not long after this, Anika became Label Assistant, signing her first artist in 2012. She now works as A&R and is project manager for about half of the roster, working closely with the Bella Union artists. Outside of the label Anika is a huge fan of literature and film, and loves to get involved in creative endeavours as often as possible.
