Fredrik is the founder and CEO of Gothenburg-based Pace Management, providing artist management, tour production and business management for artists, bands and music companies. Fredrik also runs one of Sweden’s most prominent indie labels, Welfare Sounds & Records, mainly doing A&R work and developing the label’s international relations and has maintained a key administrative role for the label's 130+ releases since 2015.
