Together with Johan Karlberg, I run Kultivation, which is an independent artist management, booking and consulting company. The artists and bands we work with are active in different genres, such as trad jazz, american folk, blues, pop and rock. Some of those we work with are Baskery, Nanna Carling, Bror Gunnar Jansson, Sallyswag, Kristina Issa. We also work in various projects in music and give lectures. Kultivation's vision is Sustainable artist careers in an equal music industry.
