Eighty Eight Miles is a vibrant Indie Pop/Rock group from the Midlands, UK. Their name, inspired by the "Back to the Future" trilogy, reflects their diverse musical influences, ranging from Fleetwood Mac and The Beach Boys to Blossoms and Declan McKenna. Long-listed for the 2024 Glastonbury Emerging Talent Contest, the band has gained notable radio support, with their last two singles debuting as 'X-Posure Hot Ones' on Radio X, plus airplay from BBC Introducing. They've played major UK festivals like Isle of Wight, The Great Escape, and Truck Festival, while also supporting acts like Red Rum Club and DAYTIME TV. The band reached the semi-finals of the Isle of Wight Festival’s New Blood Competition, selected from over 5,000 applicants.
