With a background in DIY and grassroots culture Asta Bjerde is dedicated to rejuvenating the industry by nurturing and developing new concert organizers. Through her role as organization developer at Indiego she helps emerging talent find their way into the profession and supports them in launching successful concepts and venues.The goal is to shape the future of the country’s live music scene — working toward making the industry more accessible, humane, and vibrant. Based in Malmö, but with the whole of Sweden as her workspace, you’ll find her wherever there is some kind of live music or where there should be.
