Scott is an experienced artist manager with 23 years in the music industry. He began his career at Big Life MGMT in London, where he worked with notable acts such as Snow Patrol, Klaxons, and La Roux. Scott also ran his own label through PIAS (UK), State 51 Conspiracy, and Virgin Music, and has extensive experience in tour management worldwide.
In 2019, he designed and launched the Music Business Management program at Høyskolen Kristiania in Oslo, which has since enrolled around 200 students. Currently, he manages three UK acts and one from the Nordics through his management outfit, Pick & Mix MGMT, and serves as the festival manager for the Langs Akerselva music festival in Oslo.
