Lisa Patterson, Women in Music Canada’s 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year, is the Founder and CEO of Fearless Creative, a groundbreaking music company. Drawing on her international experience as a touring musician, songwriter, and band leader, she brings a unique perspective to artist development and management. In her Toronto studio, Lisa fosters a diverse and inclusive environment, working with artists like Paris-based Melissa Laveaux, actor Elliot Page, and Trinidadian icon Calypso Rose. Over the past year, she’s produced two albums, three EPs, and five singles. A passionate advocate for inclusion, she organized Canada’s first women and non-binary producer panel in 2017 and continues to support underrepresented talent through mentorships and The Listening Party Music Producer Showcase Series. Lisa’s long-standing connection with European audiences began in 2006 and was reignited by Viva Sounds in 2023, irresistibly rocking a indie music community experience.
