Val Denn is an accomplished agent and manager in the World Music, Roots, and Americana communities, known for helping artists expand globally. She has mentored at SXSW, Mundial Montreal, and WOMEX, and served as President of Folk Alliance International. Currently, Val is a board member for Folk Music Canada and the Live Music Society, which supports small venues across the U.S. She is also the Canadian Ambassador for The House of Songs, fostering international songwriting collaborations. Outside of music, she enjoys organic farming and pottery with her husband in Nova Scotia.
