Gustav is a community organizer and project manager for live music promoters in southwestern Sweden through VG Live, a community and advocacy group. VG Live is one of 11 regional networks across Sweden, part of the national organization Svensk Live.
In addition to supporting members and building networks, Gustav focuses on developing projects, infrastructure, and advocating for changes in practices and policies among government agencies and businesses. This often involves collaborating with government bodies and stakeholders. While challenging, there is a shared commitment to preserving the Swedish live music scene and fostering talent development for the future. Everyone recognizes the importance of active participation in this ecosystem.
