Lena Ingwersen is the Managing Director of Music Cities Network (MCN), a Cultural Manager, DJ, and a Keychange Innovator (2020/22). She is dedicated to driving sustainable change for a future-proof music industry, making it more diverse, fair, and healthy. Through her work at MCN, Lena focuses on fostering cross-border cultural exchange and business opportunities. MCN was initiated by Aarhus, Hamburg, and Sydney in 2016 and became an independent non-profit in 2021. Its current members include cities like Berlin, Gothenburg, Manchester, and Valencia. MCN runs several projects, including the European Music Business Task Force (EMBTF), the European Music Policy Exchange (EMPE), and the Link Up Euro Connection (LEC). Based in Berlin, Lena works to enhance structures and accessibility in the creative industries across borders. Always happy to connect and tell you all about it.
